Email Marketing & Social Media Content Specialist (Klaviyo + Canva + Shopify) hourly

Jabees is a wellness technology brand focused on sleep, hearing, and lifestyle products. We’re looking for an experienced Email & Social Media Content Specialist to help us create engaging, conversion-focused marketing content and grow with our team long-term.

This is not a task-execution role. We’re looking for someone who can think independently, understand customer behavior, and create content that drives engagement and sales.

Hourly Rate: $10–$20/hour (depending on experience, portfolio quality, and performance)

Performance Bonuses Available: Additional rewards may be offered for campaigns and content that generate measurable results.

• Build, optimize, and manage email flows in Klaviyo (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, re-engagement, etc.)
• Plan and execute email campaigns aligned with promotions and product launches
• Create content for email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels
• Transform product assets (photos, renderings, video footage) into marketing-ready content using Canva
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with the team on new product launches and growth initiatives

• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Canva
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
• Experience creating content for email marketing and social media
• Understanding of Shopify, DTC e-commerce, and conversion-focused marketing
• Familiarity with segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
