Your responsibilities include:

  • DTC Channel Operations & E-Commerce Management

  • Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Platform Support:

  • Assist in managing Shopify, Meta, TikTok Shop, and Amazon storefront to ensure smooth operations

  • Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for visibility

  • Set up draft product pages and submit them for review

  • Update promotions, product features, and assortments based on business needs

  • Support the Director of DTC and external email agency partner in planning promotions and editorial content

  • Participate in bi-weekly strategy calls and document key takeaways

  • Relay promotional details to relevant teams and agency partners

  • Shopify & E-Commerce Maintenance:

  • Maintain the Shopify website, ensuring a seamless shopping experience

  • Assist with inventory updates, product launches, and troubleshooting any website issues

  • Support the management of subscriptions, loyalty programs, and ratings & reviews to drive customer retention

  • Emerging Platform Support:

  • Assist in the management of TikTok Shop and other emerging eCommerce platforms

  • Help maintain and update product feeds across platforms to ensure accurate and optimized information

  • Team Coordination & Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners (agencies, influencers, affiliates)

  • Ensure timely communication by relaying questions and updates to the right team members

  • Balance 60% internal communications and 40% external communications with agencies, influencers, and partners

  • Content & Affiliate Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the retail marketing and social media team to align website and email content with the brand’s storytelling

  • Assist in briefing and scheduling paid media and on-site content to drive traffic and sales

  • Submit internal creative requests and manage timelines with the Marketing Operations Manager

  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor key eCommerce performance metrics, including sessions, conversion rates, AOV, ROAS, and email campaign results

  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to the Director of DTC for data-driven decision-making

  • Track and report on customer sentiment, including both positive and negative reviews

  • Influencer & Affiliate Program Support

  • Manage communication and logistics for affiliate and influencer partnerships

  • Respond to messages and inquiries to engage and onboard influencers

  • Assist in managing the Amazon and TikTok influencer programs using Levanta (training will be provided)

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with retail, creative, social media, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all digital channels

  • Review Management: (Nice-to-Have)

  • Respond to both positive and negative customer reviews

  • Provide reporting on reviews to identify key trends and areas for improvement

Compensation

  • Fixed Rate $9,000 - $13,200/yr
