We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced eBay Virtual Assistant (VA) who specializes in eBay dropshipping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon as a supplier and be proficient with tools like Yaballe for product listing, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
Product Research & Sourcing:
- Identify trending and profitable products from Amazon and other reliable suppliers.
Listing Creation & Optimization:
- Create compelling eBay listings with optimized titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to increase visibility and sales.
Order Fulfillment:
- Process customer orders promptly using Amazon and manage tracking details via Yaballe.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and price changes to avoid out-of-stock issues and ensure pricing competitiveness.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries, handle returns, and resolve order issues professionally and quickly.
Account Health Monitoring:
- Ensure eBay account metrics remain healthy by following best practices in customer service and order fulfillment.
Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated with market trends and analyze competitor pricing and listings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an eBay Dropshipping VA
- Experience using Amazon as a supplier for dropshipping
- Strong knowledge and working experience with Yaballe (mandatory)
- Good understanding of eBay policies and dropshipping rules
- Excellent written English for listing optimization and customer communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Familiarity with repricing and product tracking tools (a plus)
