Can You Lead a High-Performing Marketing Team to Scale Our Business to the Next Level?

  1. Are you experienced in leading and managing a high-performing remote marketing team?
  2. Have you successfully optimized marketing landing pages to increase conversion rates?
  3. Are you skilled in overseeing paid media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships?
  4. Can you mentor and coach a diverse international marketing team?
  5. Do you thrive on data-driven decision-making and continuous marketing optimization?
  6. Are you ready to take ownership of the entire inbound marketing function of a thriving company?

If you answered yes to these questions, we would love to talk to you!

As the Director of Performance Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing our inbound marketing efforts. You will be responsible for leading and managing a global paid/influencer/content marketing team, overseeing lead generation, and conversion. Your expertise in digital marketing, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making will be instrumental in scaling our business.

Are you a "creative" person? Then this is probably not the right job for you. We want someone who is a spreadsheet master and who even understands the complex GOOGLE ADS interface like the back of his hand. Don't know what value based bidding is? Please don't apply.

And yet, you can't be a loner or insist on doing everything yourself. You need to be able to delegate, mentor, hold people accountable to high standards. "Dig deep" into the details when required. If you "delegate and forget it", then don't apply. You need to be regularly, deeply involved with all your people, working together and achieving results.
