We are a small digital marketing studio focused on helping businesses grow through strategy, web design, development, and targeted digital marketing. We value impact, collaboration, and people who take ownership of their work.

We are looking for a strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our agency team on a contract basis. This role supports multiple client accounts and requires strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Understand client goals, target audiences, and KPIs

• Develop and execute paid advertising strategies

• Set up and manage campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Build audiences, targeting, and bidding strategies

• Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative concepts

• Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI

• Monitor campaign performance and make data driven improvements

• Run A/B tests across creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages

• Ensure proper tracking, pixels, and conversion attribution

• Prepare clear reports and communicate insights to clients and team members

• Collaborate with account managers, designers, and developers

• Manage multiple projects in a fast paced agency environment

• Email marketing and automation

• Lead nurturing and full funnel marketing

• CRM integrations and retargeting strategies

• eCommerce advertising experience

• CRO and landing page optimization

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

• Proven success with paid advertising strategy and execution

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with GA4, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite

• Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution

• Agency experience or handling multiple client accounts preferred

• Google Ads or Meta certifications are a plus
