You will manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize product visibility, and leverage AI tools to improve targeting, automation, and ROI.

Objectives of this role:
- Increase revenue and ROAS across all paid advertising channels.
- Use AI-driven strategies to improve targeting, automation, and creative optimization.
- Strengthen overall e-commerce performance through product feed, listing, and funnel improvements.
- Provide clear insights and reporting to support growth decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Merchant Center, GA4, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth and scaling strategies.
- Optimize Shopify product feeds, listings, SEO elements, and landing pages.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, AI SEO platforms, automation tools) for predictive analytics and smarter targeting.
- Analyze KPIs and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce effective ads and short-form content.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.
- Stay updated on platform changes and digital marketing trends.
Required skills and qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or e-commerce marketing.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Merchant Center.
- Solid experience with Shopify (product optimization, feeds, funnels).
- Skilled with AI marketing tools and automation systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
- Ability to create simple visuals or videos using Canva or CapCut.
- Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Experience developing growth or scaling strategies.
- Knowledge of AI-based targeting, predictive analytics, and automated optimization.
- Creative skills in video content, storytelling, and ad hooks.
- Familiarity with advanced SEO and AI-enhanced discovery tools.
