We are seeking a high-level Digital Marketer and LinkedIn-Instagram Outreach / Lead Gen Strategic Growth Partner to spearhead the digital expansion of a well-established holistic practice specializing in subconscious stress pattern identification. This role is designed for a proactive professional who doesn't just execute tasks but actively manages the brand's online presence. You will be responsible for transitioning the business from a referral-only model to a robust lead-generation engine by managing LinkedIn and Instagram end-to-end. Your primary goal is to nurture authentic conversations, identify high-quality leads, and manage the top-of-funnel outreach, allowing the founder to focus on high-level strategy and client delivery.
Expertise
- B2B & B2C Strategic Outreach: Proven ability to navigate both professional and consumer markets, specifically through tailored messaging on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator Mastery: Deep expertise in utilizing advanced search filters and lead lists to identify and connect with the "ideal client" profile.
- Social Media Management (SMM) & Brand Voice: Skilled in maintaining a consistent, professional, and empathetic brand tone while managing social media engagement.
- Appointment Setting & Lead Nurturing: Expertise in moving a cold prospect through a conversational funnel to book them into a sales call or educational workshop.
- Conversion-Focused Communication: High proficiency in articulating complex services (like subconscious stress testing) in a way that resonates with potential leads.
- Email Marketing & Administrative Systems: Expert in managing targeted email campaigns to nurture existing leads and implementing organized administrative workflows that streamline daily operations and client data management.
Experience and Tools
- 3–4 Years of Professional Experience: A background in digital marketing or lead generation that demonstrates the ability to work independently as a strategic partner without hand-holding.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Advanced experience in lead mining and building targeted lists for outreach.
- GHL & CRM Management: Proficiency in logging lead data and managing a pipeline to ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
- Canva: Experience in creating or adjusting social media assets to align with the brand’s visual identity.
- Google Sheets & Trello: Skilled in using collaborative tools for tracking milestones, daily tasks, and lead status updates.
- Communication Platforms: High-level proficiency in managing professional communications via WhatsApp and Email for real-time collaboration.
- Niche Market Experience: Previous experience working with coaches, consultants, or practitioners in the health and wellness space is highly preferred.
