Responsibilities:
Strategic Development
- Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap to achieve business growth for clients and the company.
- Define and document SOPs, workflows, and processes for marketing operations.
Team Building & Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of creative and marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative culture focused on innovation and results.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, social media, funnels, email, and automation tools).
- Build and refine sales funnels to maximize conversion and ROI.
Technology & Automation
- Implement and manage tools such as GoHighLevel for automation, lead management, and reporting.
Client Partnership
- Collaborate with clients to align strategies with their objectives and ensure consistent communication and transparency.
Performance Analysis
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend actionable improvements for continuous growth.
Innovation & Trends
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, AI-driven tools, and performance marketing techniques.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience building or leading digital marketing functions from scratch.
- Advanced knowledge of **GoHighLevel **and other marketing automation platforms.
- Strong expertise in paid advertising, funnel creation, and performance marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement SOPs and scalable marketing processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in team building and management
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for client-facing interactions.
