CATALYST CAREER CONSULTANTS HQ: TOWNSVILLE, QLD, Australia Remote job Sep 22

Part-Time | Remote

Catalyst Career Consultants is an Australian recruitment and career consulting business specialising in the healthcare sector, particularly pharmacy and dentistry.

We connect Australian employers with qualified professionals from Australia and overseas. We also support selected international candidates with practical training and preparation to help them adapt to Australian workplace systems and expectations.

We are looking for a creative and reliable Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to help us build our online presence, strengthen our brand and generate enquiries from both employers and candidates.

This is a hands-on digital marketing role. You will work directly with the Founder and Managing Partner to plan and produce professional, engaging content for Catalyst Career Consultants.

The role requires someone who can understand our audience, create content that feels natural and credible, and turn our recruitment expertise into useful marketing campaigns.

We do not want generic, repetitive or obviously AI-generated content. We are looking for someone who can research, think creatively and communicate in a clear, professional and human way.

  • Develop and manage a monthly digital marketing and content calendar.
  • Create professional content for LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
  • Write posts for healthcare employers, pharmacy and dental professionals, international candidates and industry partners.
  • Design branded social media graphics, carousels, advertisements and recruitment campaigns.
  • Produce and edit short-form videos, reels and simple promotional content.
  • Support the promotion of available jobs, candidate services, employer recruitment solutions and training programs.
  • Create website articles, blogs, landing-page content and email campaigns.
  • Assist with basic search engine optimisation and website content updates.
  • Develop lead-generation campaigns aimed at Australian healthcare employers.
  • Monitor comments, messages and enquiries and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Track marketing performance, including reach, engagement, website traffic, enquiries and leads.
  • Provide a short monthly report explaining results and recommended improvements.
  • Maintain consistent branding, tone and quality across all platforms.
  • Protect confidential employer and candidate information and use personal information only with approval.
  • Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management or content creation.
  • Strong written English and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to write clear, natural and audience-specific content.
  • Experience creating social media graphics using Canva or similar software.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn marketing and professional-services marketing.
  • Ability to create content for both business audiences and individual candidates.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to follow a content calendar.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and communicate progress clearly.
  • A reliable computer and internet connection.
  • Availability for occasional meetings during Australian business hours.
