• Implement and manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and/or FluxCD
• Modernize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Drive SRE best practices including SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, incident management, and reliability engineering
• Improve observability using Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and ELK
• Implement DevSecOps automation including SAST, DAST, container scanning, and dependency scanning
• Strengthen cloud security through IAM governance, RBAC, secrets management (Vault / AWS Secrets Manager)
• Support and optimize production systems including Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL
• Build automation tools and platform utilities using Go, Python, and Bash

• Experience supporting production environments with incident response responsibilities
• Experience supporting multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)
• Experience with compliance and security frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR
• Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) and self-service tooling
• Familiarity with service mesh technologies, ingress controllers, and advanced Kubernetes networking
Benefits
• Fully Remote Position
