- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Develop machine learning models and AI-driven solutions for real-world business problems.
- Work with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents.
- Create data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions that drive business decisions.
- Improve data quality, reliability, and accessibility across the organization.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies in data engineering, machine learning, and AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Spark, Airflow, Kafka, Databricks, or similar technologies.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or AI agent frameworks.
- Experience deploying machine learning models to production.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Background in statistics, optimization, or quantitative analysis.
