About You

  • Proven success in B2B business development, consultative sales, account management, or relationship-based selling
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Professional, confident, and skilled at building rapport with senior decision-makers
  • Experience or interest in leadership development, corporate training, coaching, or professional development is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective business clients through professional networking, referrals, social selling, and outbound business development activities
  • Present and promote our corporate training and professional development solutions to business owners, executives, managers, and HR professionals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Develop trusted relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the decision-making process
  • Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to successful collaborative interactions
  • Contribute to business growth by consistently achieving agreed performance objectives
