About the Role: Datatricks AI is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be the frontline voice of our company, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless experience for our users within our AI-driven ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with a high degree of empathy and technical clarity.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions within our CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the product team on recurring customer concerns to help improve our AI workflows.

Requirements: * Residency: Must currently reside within the United States (Non-negotiable).

  • Experience: 1–3 years in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with AI tools, data platforms, or SaaS environments is a strong plus.
  • Workspace: A quiet, dedicated home office with high-speed, reliable internet.
