Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and issues with patience and empathy.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.
• Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM tools.
• Support the team with other administrative or service-related tasks as required.
