Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Toronto, ON)
Language Requirement: Intermediate to Advanced English
REQUIREMENTS
English Proficiency
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to maintain professional and fluid conversations.
Remote Work Setup
Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a functional computer/workstation.
Previous Experience
Experience in Customer Service, Client Support, or Technical Support is considered a strong asset.
