Role Summary 

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing customer service sales team focused on patient and client acquisition within the medical tourism sector. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, optimizing sales operations, and mentoring team members to consistently exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities 

Sales & Revenue Growth 

  • Drive consistent revenue growth by achieving and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets 
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring effective conversion of qualified leads 
  • Continuously refine sales strategies to align with business goals and market demand 

Key Account & Client Management 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, clients, and key accounts 
  • Ensure excellent communication, trust-building, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey 
  • Effectively handle negotiations, objections, and deal closures 

Sales Pipeline & CRM Management 

  • Oversee the daily sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate lead progression 
  • Utilize CRM systems and AI-powered tools to manage leads and maintain accurate records 

Team Leadership & Development 

  • Lead by example in a high-energy, collaborative remote environment 
  • Coach, mentor, and train sales team members to improve performance and skill development 
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions 

Reporting & Process Optimization 

  • Analyze sales data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities 
  • Prepare regular sales reports and insights for leadership 
  • Continuously improve sales processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates 

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or sales leadership role.  
  • Strong experience in B2C and B2B customer service and sales 
  • Background in BPO, call center, or service-oriented industries 
  • Proven ability to close deals and lead sales teams 
  • Experience with cold calling, outbound sales, and pipeline management 
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs, forecasting, and performance analysis 
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms  
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
  • English language proficiency is a must
