Serve as our in-house corporate counsel, advising on contracts, regulatory matters, and strategic initiatives. Help us scale responsibly while managing legal risk in a fast-moving environment. You will partner closely with leadership to support high-impact decisions across the business.

Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one US state
- 4+ years of experience in corporate, commercial, or technology transactions
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Familiarity with data privacy, consumer protection, and online marketplace issues
- Excellent judgment, communication skills, and business-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, vendor, and partnership agreements
- Advise internal teams on legal and regulatory issues affecting new products and features
- Support corporate governance, entity maintenance, and board-related matters
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to align legal frameworks with operations
- Manage relationships with external counsel and help optimize legal spend
