Contract Paid Media Buyer — Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads hourly

Description:

We are looking for a contract paid media buyer to support digital ad campaigns for public agency and civic communications clients. The role includes campaign setup, budget pacing, audience targeting, optimization, QA, reporting, and troubleshooting across Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

Platforms:

Meta Ads Manager, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Google Ads experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:

Set up and manage paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn. Build audiences, campaign structures, naming conventions, UTMs, and budget pacing sheets. Monitor campaign performance and make optimization recommendations. Provide weekly updates and monthly reports. Troubleshoot rejected ads, billing issues, tracking issues, and access problems. Communicate clearly and respond within one business day.

Required experience:

Experience managing Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns. Strong reporting and budget pacing skills. Ability to explain campaign performance in plain English. Experience with government, nonprofit, transportation, public health, workforce, housing, civic engagement, or public-sector campaigns is a major plus.
