Content VA (Editing + Repurposing) hourly

We're hiring an experienced content VA who can take raw content (notes, photos, videos, blogs, etc.) and turn it into structured, ready-to-post content for review and scheduling.

You’ll also work from our existing content library to extract, edit, and reshape content into social formats.

This role is focused on structuring and improving existing content - not creating content from scratch.

We’re looking for someone who can recognise what’s interesting or valuable in content and present it clearly - not just copy and paste.

Stories

• Turn blog and photo content into structured Instagram story sequences (3–6 frames)
• Use screenshots, text overlays, and simple visuals
• Suggest polls, sliders, and engagement elements where relevant

Carousels

• Create carousel posts using existing content (blogs, notes, transcripts)
• Edit and shape copy into clear slide-by-slide structure
• Place content into Canva templates (we will give you access to a premium account)

• Extract strong quotes and ideas from existing content
• Turn them into clean, concise thread-style posts

• Strong written English
• Ability to spot what’s interesting/useful in content
• Clear, structured thinking
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow tone and format
