Content Marketing + SEO -- WP and Webflow experience hourly

WordPress | Webflow | Technical SEO | GEO | Newsletter Publishing

We are looking for a highly experienced Content Marketing + SEO VA to support our growing digital presence across website content, SEO, newsletters and website platform management.

This is not a basic admin VA role. We need someone who is confident writing high-quality content, improving technical SEO, optimising for both Google and AI search engines, publishing newsletters, and supporting the migration of a website from WordPress to Webflow.

• Write, edit and optimise website pages, blog posts, case studies, landing pages and newsletter content.
• Repurpose existing content into SEO-friendly articles, email newsletters and social media snippets.
• Ensure content is clear, engaging, well-structured and aligned with brand voice.
• Optimise content for search intent, readability, internal linking and conversion.
• Conduct keyword research and content gap analysis.
• Optimise website content for traditional SEO and GEO — Generative Engine Optimisation.
• Improve title tags, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text and internal linking.
• Support technical SEO tasks including redirects, broken links, indexing issues, site structure and page speed checks.
• Use SEO tools to monitor rankings, traffic, site health and content performance.
• Recommend content and technical improvements based on data.
• Manage and update existing website content in WordPress.
• Support the migration of website pages, content and assets from WordPress to Webflow.
• Format and publish pages in Webflow using best-practice structure.
• Check migrated pages for layout, SEO, links, metadata, responsiveness and user experience.
• Maintain consistency across website pages, templates and content blocks.
• Draft, format and publish regular newsletters.
• Segment audiences where required and support email campaign setup.
• Track newsletter performance including open rates, click-through rates and engagement.
• Provide regular updates on completed tasks, SEO improvements and content performance.
• Use AI tools to improve research, writing, editing and workflow efficiency.
• Strong experience as a Content Marketing VA, SEO VA, Digital Marketing VA or similar role.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress and Webflow.
• Proven experience with technical SEO and on-page SEO.
• Understanding of GEO and how to optimise content for AI search visibility.
• Experience publishing newsletters using platforms such as Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Beehiiv or similar.
• Experience migrating or supporting migration of website content from WordPress to Webflow.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support research, drafting and optimisation.
• Google Search Console, Google Analytics / GA4
• Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO or similar
• Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Beehiiv, HubSpot or similar newsletter platforms
• ChatGPT, Claude or other AI writing/research tools
• Can write strong content without needing heavy editing.
• Understand both content strategy and technical SEO.
• Are comfortable improving existing content, not just creating new content.
• Know how to structure pages for search engines, users and AI discovery.
• Can manage deadlines and communicate clearly.
