We're seeking a Community Manager: Sales Associate to join our growing fitness and wellness team. This role combines community engagement with client-focused sales, helping connect prospective members to an empowering fitness experience.
As the first point of contact for new leads, youll build genuine relationships through calls, texts, and emails guiding each person toward the right class or membership that fits their goals. Youll play a key role in the pre-sale of new studios, ensuring every potential client feels seen, supported, and excited to join.

Objectives of this role:
- Convert new leads into booked trial classes through proactive outreach and consistent follow-up.
- Manage all client communication via text, email, and phone with professionalism and warmth.
- Deliver fast response times to increase conversion rates and elevate the client experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed lead-to-trial booking goals.
- Represent the brand with authentic enthusiasm, empathy, and product knowledge.
- Support long-term growth by nurturing leads toward memberships and repeat visits.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to new leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries.
- Reach out through calls, texts, and emails to convert warm leads into booked trial classes no cold calling.
- Personalize conversations to understand each leads fitness goals, interests, and lifestyle.
- Answer questions and provide recommendations to help clients choose the right class or membership.
- Confirm bookings and share all necessary details for a smooth first visit.
- Follow up consistently with leads who havent responded or booked.
- Nurture trial clients after their first class to encourage rebookings and memberships.
- Keep leads organized in the CRM and track daily outreach, responses, and conversions.
- Share feedback with managers to improve lead quality and marketing performance.
- Maintain clear, positive, and brand-aligned communication across all messages.
- Collaborate with studio managers to align client communication and sales goals.
- Support pre-sale efforts for new studio openings through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the fitness or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication skills fluent, unaccented English (written and spoken).
- Ability to build rapport quickly and adapt communication style to fit client needs.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to meet or exceed goals.
- Strong emotional intelligence able to balance warmth with results.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Experience in fitness or wellness sales (Pilates, yoga, boutique fitness, etc.).
- Familiarity with Grasshopper, Mindbody, or other CRM tools.
- Comfortable with high-volume communication and repetitive processes.
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A problem-solver who seeks answers independently before escalating issues.
