Commission-Based Sales Representative – LinkedIn Outreach & Cold Calling (USA Drafting Projects)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative who can generate leads and bring drafting/construction-related projects from the USA market.

- Estimation / Quantity Takeoff
Responsibilities:
- Find potential clients in the USA (contractors, architects, engineers, builders, developers)
- Perform LinkedIn outreach and connection campaigns
- Cold calling to decision-makers
- Follow-up through email and messaging
- Book qualified appointments
- Generate real project opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales
- Strong LinkedIn lead generation skills
- Experience with cold calling in the USA market
- Good English communication
- Understanding of construction/drafting industry is a big plus
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role. Compensation will be based on successful project closures and qualified sales performance.
