NovaStudio is looking for a highly execution-oriented freelance Performance Manager / Commercial Manager capable of organizing, structuring, and accelerating the company’s entire sales operation.

This is a strategic and highly important role.

We are NOT looking for passive profiles.

We are looking for someone capable of:

  • structuring a sales pipeline

Responsibilities:

  • organize the sales pipeline

  • track leads and opportunities

  • coordinate closers

  • improve sales processes

  • monitor KPIs

  • identify bottlenecks

  • improve scripts and performance

  • maintain strong sales discipline

  • accelerate revenue generation

Requirements:

This role is mainly commission-based during the current phase.
