Northstar Revenue Systems is looking for an Outreach Operations Specialist to help manage and scale our cold email campaign infrastructure.
Our company helps home service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, and restoration companies generate new install opportunities and grow their revenue pipeline.
We operate a structured outbound system designed to scale to 30+ sending inboxes and 30,000+ emails per month, and we are looking for someone who can help operate and monitor the outreach system as it grows.
The Outreach Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing campaign operations, monitoring sending inboxes, and ensuring cold email campaigns are running efficiently.
You will be provided with scripts, messaging frameworks, and campaign strategy, and your role will focus on operating and maintaining the outreach infrastructure.
This is an operations role focused on campaign execution, inbox management, and outreach monitoring, not sales.
Responsibilities
• Manage cold email outreach campaigns
• Operate and monitor multiple sending inboxes (20–30+)
• Upload lead lists into campaigns
• Maintain proper daily sending limits per inbox
• Monitor campaign performance (opens, replies, bounce rates)
• Ensure deliverability best practices are followed
• Coordinate with the lead sourcing team to ensure campaigns have lead supply
• Assist in scaling outbound infrastructure as new inboxes are added
• Maintain organized tracking of campaigns and inbox performance
