We’re looking for a motivated and professional Cold Calling / Appointment Setter to join our team in the Roofing & Solar industry!
This is a remote position focused on generating high-quality leads, qualifying homeowners, and setting appointments for roof inspections, roof replacements, storm-damage claims, and solar consultations.
- Previous call center experience is required
- Experience as an appointment setter in Roofing, Solar, Home Improvement, or related industries is REQUIRED
- Experience pitching roof inspections, insurance claims, or solar energy solutions is a strong plus
- Fluent English (spoken & written) – neutral or no accent is a must
- Spanish is a strong plus
- Comfortable using Call Tools, PhoneBurner, Mojo Dialer, or similar multi-line dialing software
- Strong communication, persuasion, objection-handling, and qualifying skills
- Ability to follow scripts, maintain CRM notes, and convert cold leads into booked appointments
