We're hiring a confident, experienced cold caller to join our outbound sales team. You'll be calling B2B prospects in North America who have already been warmed up through our cold email campaigns. Your job is to follow up on email engagement, qualify interest, and book discovery calls onto our calendar.
This is not a script-reading robocall role. We need someone who can hold a real conversation, handle objections, and represent our brand professionally. If you've done outbound calling for Western markets before and know how to navigate gatekeepers, push past "not interested," and get meetings booked, we want to talk to you.
- Make 150+ outbound dials per day to B2B prospects in North America
- Qualify prospects against our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria
- Book discovery calls directly onto our team's calendar (Cal.com / Calendly)
- Handle common objections confidently (not interested, send me info, bad time, already have a vendor)
- Log all call activity, dispositions, and notes accurately in our CRM
- Send follow-up emails/SMS after calls when appropriate
- Hit weekly meeting booking targets (will be set based on experience and ramp period)
- Provide daily and weekly activity reports
Required:
- 2+ years of B2B cold calling experience for North American or Western markets
- Excellent spoken English with neutral or near-neutral accent
- Comfortable making 150+ dials per day without losing energy
- Strong objection handling and conversational selling skills
- Reliable home office setup: noise-cancelling headset, fast wired internet (25+ Mbps), backup power/internet
- Experience with at least one major dialer (Aircall, JustCall, Kixie, Orum, PowerDialer, or similar)
- Experience with at least one CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, or similar)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without micromanagement
- Comfortable with daily Slack check-ins and weekly video calls
Nice to have:
- Experience calling SaaS, agency, or e-commerce decision-makers
- Familiarity with Instantly, Smartlead, or similar cold email platforms
- Experience with parallel dialing tools (Orum, Nooks, PhoneBurner)
- Background in appointment setting for sales agencies or lead gen firms
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach as a complement to calling
- Complete call scripts, objection handling playbooks, and qualification frameworks
- Dialer access, CRM access, and all required tools
- Onboarding and training during your first 2 weeks
- Direct access to leadership, fast feedback loops
- Performance bonuses on top of base for every qualified meeting that shows up
- Long-term role with growth potential into team lead or SDR manager as we scale
- Base: $5-8/hr USD
- Bonus: $10-25 per qualified meeting that attends
- Hours: 40 hrs/week, Monday-Friday, aligned to client time zone
