- Make outbound calls to provided lead lists
- Clearly explain our services using the provided script
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments via Calendly
- Confirm same-day and next-day appointments
- Update CRM with accurate notes after every call
- Follow call flow, scripts, and compliance guidelines
- Maintain professionalism and positive brand representation
- Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience (required)
- Clear, confident speaking voice
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable handling objections and rejection
- Ability to follow scripts and instructions precisely
- Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset
