- Meet daily or weekly call and appointment targets
- Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or lead generation
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Strong listening and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Familiarity with CRM and calling tools is preferred
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
- Willing to learn different client processes and tools
