Compensation
- Base: $3.00/hour (≈ $24/day for an 8-hour shift)
- Plus $10.00 for every qualified interested lead you hand off
- Realistic target: 5 leads/day = $74/day (~$1,500/month). The harder and smarter you dial, the more you make — no cap.
- If leads are good quality the negotiated amount will increase to $15.00 from $10.00 after 1 week.
- No cap.. we can take even 20 leads per day as long as they are qualified
- We have full leads sheets, that are high quality and good prospects.
We're a Brasil -based web design agency that rebuilds outdated websites for small businesses. We have a steady supply of good, pre-qualified leads — your job is to call them, start a conversation, and find the ones who are interested in a better website. When someone's interested, you book them with our closer (me). You don't sell or close — you open the door and hand off.
This is a dialing role. You'll make 150 calls per day. We provide the lead list and the script — you bring the energy, the clear English, and the consistency.
What you'll do
- Make ~150 outbound cold calls per day to US small businesses from our lead list
- Use our script to introduce our website service and gauge interest
- When a business owner/decision-maker is interested, book them into my calendar for a follow-up call
- Log quality leads... mark bad ones as BAD.
- Show up consistently and keep a positive attitude through the rejection that comes with cold calling
