Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client relations
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer support tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy when handling client issues
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat, and video calls
- Proactively identify client needs and share feedback with product and operations teams
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing education for new and existing clients
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention, escalating risks when necessary
