We are looking for a GoHighLevel Admin Certified Virtual Assistant with strong client-facing communication skills and hands-on experience managing onboarding, automations, forms, and CRM workflows within GoHighLevel.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing onboarding for new GoHighLevel clients
- Setting up A2P registration, branded emails, and calendar integrations
- Customizing client snapshots, contracts, and branding assets
- Building and managing automations and workflows
- Designing forms and surveys inside GoHighLevel
- Replacing external website forms (e.g., Webflow forms) while maintaining the same appearance and functionality
- Supporting clients migrating from other GoHighLevel agencies
- Communicating directly with clients regarding setup, troubleshooting, and recommendations
- Providing a smooth and professional onboarding experience
- Assisting with process standardization and operational improvements
This is a client-facing role, so professionalism, responsiveness, and communication are critical.
- GoHighLevel Admin Certified
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel onboarding and CRM setup
- Advanced understanding of GoHighLevel automations and workflows
- Experience with forms, surveys, and integrations
- Knowledge of custom objects within GoHighLevel
- Strong client communication and presentation skills
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to independently manage onboarding and technical implementation
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Professional remote work setup
- Experience supporting healthcare or ABA therapy clients
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude
- Understanding of CRM migration and account transfer processes
- Experience working in client-facing remote support roles
