Extermicore is Core Group’s pest-services brand, serving homes and businesses across Long Island and the greater New York area. We protect properties, solve problems fast, and keep customers for the long term through reliable service, honest communication, and smart scheduling.

You are the first voice customers hear and the hub that keeps our routes efficient. You’ll answer inbound calls, convert service inquiries into scheduled jobs, build daily routes for technicians, and manage customer follow‑through in our customer relationship management system. This role blends sales, scheduling, relationship management, and billing. Two or more years of inbound sales experience in pest control is required.

  • Answer inbound calls from new and existing customers; listen, diagnose needs, explain service options, and book the job.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments; build and adjust efficient daily routes that reduce technician drive time and hit promised time windows.
  • Own the calendar: confirm, reschedule, and fill gaps; send reminders and same‑day updates to customers and technicians.
  • Convert and upsell: recommend Quarterly plans and bundles when appropriate; follow up on open quotes; support retention save‑offers.
  • Manage the CRM end‑to‑end: create and update customer records, notes, tags, and follow‑ups; log outcomes and next actions.
  • Billing and payments: generate estimates and invoices; collect payments; set up autopay on recurring plans; resolve simple billing questions.
  • Partner with field leadership: communicate site notes, safety/access details, and service priorities to technicians and service managers.
  • Quality and compliance: follow scripts and service standards; meet or exceed phone, conversion, and customer‑satisfaction targets.
  • Required: two or more years of pest control inbound sales (deal‑breaker). You’ve booked service and closed phone conversions in a pest or closely related home‑services environment.
  • Strong phone presence, empathy, and closing skills; calm under pressure.
  • Scheduling and routing chops; you can balance speed, drive time, and customer expectations.
  • Comfortable with business software: customer relationship management, calendars, phone systems, and payment tools.
  • Clear writing; crisp, friendly on‑call delivery.
  • Availability for a standard day schedule with occasional early evening or Saturday rotation.
