- Accurately type and prepare a variety of documents and correspondence.

- Type letters, reports, memos, and other documents from handwritten or electronic sources.

- Answer phones and direct calls or take messages as needed.

- Perform routine clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a clerk typist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 words per minute.
- Strong knowledge of office software including MS Word, Excel, and email platforms.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
