Job Summary:

The primary responsibilities of an account executive are fostering client relationships, coordinating with sales and marketing operations teams to prepare marketing presentation pitches, design marketing strategies and media proposals, handle client communications and see through the successful execution of marketing campaigns with our marketing operations teams. The secondary responsibility of an account executive for this job is to be aggressive for any sales lead and potential projects just like a sales role.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with assigned Chinese client accounts to ensure smooth co-operation and communication, becoming the lead point of contact for our highly valued international and local clients
  • Improve the client’s marketing brief through understanding the client’s goals and campaign objectives
  • Understand the client’s product, the gaming community, and which advertising channels, creatives, research, and media outreach would be most suitable to meet the client’s marketing goals
  • Coordinate closely with Madeviral’s marketing operation and production teams across multiple countries to create well-strategized regional marketing proposals that meet client campaign goals
  • Negotiate and monitor client budgets, spending, and revenue
  • Manage campaigns on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless execution
  • Manage multiple conflicting deadlines and urgent tasks, prioritizing accordingly
  • Proactively communicate updates to clients, handle requests effectively, and implement feedback to ensure the client’s vision is met
  • Create case studies for past campaigns
  • Identify new clients and potential business opportunities
  • Assist Account Managers across external and internal teams to ensure smooth processes

Qualifications

  • Chinese national
  • Strong spoken English or Thai (either one is required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Professional experience in, or strong knowledge of, the gaming industry and gaming communities
  • Ability to engage proactively, communicate clearly, and handle clients effectively
  • Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently
