You will be instrumental in driving our growth by sourcing and securing IT projects across our service spectrum.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and leveraging your existing connections.
- Understand client needs and effectively present Zorithm’s portfolio of IT services.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and contract closure.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects.
- Represent Zorithm Technologies professionally in the market.

Who You Are:
- A proven hunter with a track record of sales/business development, preferably in the IT services sector (Web, Software, Mobile Apps, Data, AI/ML).
- Excellent communicator and negotiator with strong presentation skills.
- Self-starter, highly ambitious, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment initially.
- Well-connected with a network that can be leveraged for business opportunities.
- Ability to understand technical proposals and communicate value effectively to both technical and non-technical clients.
