The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. You will be instrumental in driving our growth by sourcing and securing IT projects across our service spectrum.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and leveraging your existing connections.
  • Understand client needs and effectively present Zorithm’s portfolio of IT services.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects.
  • Represent Zorithm Technologies professionally in the market.

Who You Are:

  • A proven hunter with a track record of sales/business development, preferably in the IT services sector (Web, Software, Mobile Apps, Data, AI/ML).
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with strong presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, highly ambitious, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment initially.
  • Well-connected with a network that can be leveraged for business opportunities.
  • Ability to understand technical proposals and communicate value effectively to both technical and non-technical clients.
