QVM Digital Marketing Inc. is a full-service digital marketing agency specializing in SEO, paid advertising, website design, and web development. We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and fill our sales pipeline with qualified leads.

About the Role

This is a commission-only position for a self-starter who thrives on the hunt. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out through cold calls and outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings with the CEO. We're not looking for someone to take orders — we need someone who can open doors, build interest, and deliver warm, qualified prospects ready to talk about their digital marketing needs.

Important: This role is 100% commission-based with no base salary. If you're confident in your sales abilities and willing to bet on yourself, this is an opportunity to earn uncapped income. For top performers who consistently deliver results, there is potential to transition into a salaried position with commission.

Responsibilities

  • Generate your own leads through research, outreach, and prospecting
  • Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to potential clients
  • Qualify leads to ensure they have a genuine need, budget, and decision-making authority
  • Educate prospects on our services including SEO, paid advertising, web design, and web development
  • Book qualified meetings directly into the CEO's calendar
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead status in our CRM
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings booked
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, agency services, or a related field
  • Proven track record of cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Experience generating and qualifying your own leads
  • Strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to qualification
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without hand-holding
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Fluent English

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with no base pay. You must be comfortable working on a performance-based structure. High performers who demonstrate consistent results will be considered for a salaried position plus commission.

  • Existing network or knowledge of industries that benefit from digital marketing
  • Experience using sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
