Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and driving business growth through effective outreach and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients through various channels (email, phone, social media) to generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Present our virtual assistant services to potential clients, emphasizing the benefits of operational efficiency and productivity.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, tracking interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the executive team to strategize and refine outreach techniques.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (experience in a virtual assistant service is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
Compensation:
This position is commission-based, with earnings tied to sales performance. Earn a percentage for every successful conversion from lead to client. Most of our BDRs make approximately $500-$1000 per month. Additionally, there is potential for this role to transition to a full-time position with a basic salary after the first three months, contingent upon performance.
