Business Development Representative full time

This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include contacting potential clients, presenting the firm’s services, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Communication and Sales
  • Background in Business Development and client relationship management
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Working knowledge of at least one additional European language, such as Italian, French, or German
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities
  • Self-motivated, organized and goal-oriented with a commitment to achieving results
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience may also be considered
  • Proficiency in CRM tools
  • Familiarity with Asian markets and cross-border trade is a plus

This is a performance-based role, meaning compensation is tied directly to results and business generated. The position is structured around commission and success-based incentives rather than a fixed base salary. It is best suited for highly motivated professionals who are confident in their ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
