Aequilibra is a Southern California brand + digital studio focused on brand systems, websites, and strategic positioning for businesses that value clarity and craft. The infrastructure is built—offer structure, intake, portfolio, and a standardized delivery workflow.
This role is Aequilibra Digital (branding + websites). Not construction / owner’s rep. Commission-only (1099). No base salary. OTE shown is estimated, not guaranteed.
You own revenue end-to-end:
- Outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, cold email, partnerships, local networking)
- Qualification (budget, authority, timeline, fit)
- Discovery + package matching
- Close + deposit/payment collection
We run a standardized sales-to-delivery workflow (intake → package confirmation → invoice → kickoff).You sell fixed packages and published add-ons only — no bespoke scoping without a paid Clarity Sprint.
- Performance target (after ramp): ~3 projects/month in the $5k–$25k range
- Ramp expectation: First close within 30–60 days
- Minimum engagement: $5,000
- **Brand systems **(positioning, identity, visual direction, logo suites)
- Websites (marketing sites, e-commerce, custom builds)
- Digital strategy (UX direction, content direction, SEO foundations)
Target clients: Restaurants, retail, real estate professionals, service businesses, small commercial—especially operators with outdated digital presence, expansion plans, or inconsistent brand execution.
- 12% commission on cash collected (paid only on cleared funds; not on signed contract value).
- Paid twice monthly (1st + 15th) on cleared funds.
- Milestone-based payouts:
- Tier 1 (50/50): 6% when deposit clears + 6% when final clears.
- **Tier 2 (40/40/20): **4.8% when deposit clears + 4.8% at midpoint clear + 2.4% when final clears.
- Commission is calculated on net collected (excluding sales tax + payment processing fees).
- No commission on refunds or unpaid invoices.
- Required: 3+ years closing B2B services ($5k–$25k)
- Proven experience selling services (agency, creative, consulting, B2B professional services).
- Able to run discovery, articulate value, and ask for the deposit.
- Comfortable building pipeline from zero through outbound work.
- Independent operator with clean follow-up and pipeline discipline.
