We’re looking for a skilled and creative Brand Designer with a strong background in both offline and online communications to help elevate our visual identity across multiple touchpoints.

Job function
- Create and manage visual assets that reflect our brand identity across every channel: social media, email campaigns, website, events, merchandise, presentations, eBooks, reports, among others.
- Ensure a cohesive visual language across offline and digital materials.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deliver standout content that supports business goals.
- Maintain ownership of design processes from concept to delivery, ensuring quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to strategic thinking on how design supports brand activation and audience engagement.
Main requirements
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic or brand design, with a portfolio that showcases your technical skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress.
- Solid experience in both digital and traditional formats.
- Strong eye for detail, creativity, and consistency.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with ease.
- Good communication skills in English and Portuguese.

- Interest in the tech industry and emerging digital trends.
- Experience designing for technology brands.
- Familiarity with funnel-driven design and visual assets for ads, lead gen, events, or community activation.
- An ability to turn complex ideas into clean visuals.
- A solid sense of humour and an eye for bold, memorable aesthetics. We like designers who challenge the obvious.
- Already based in or near the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.
