We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Bookkeeper and admin support to manage our day to day financial operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring our financial transactions are documented correctly.
The ideal candidate has a strong numbers mindset, excellent organizational skills, and thrives in a standalone or small team environment.
- Financial Data Entry: Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Bring books to the trial balance stage, manage invoices, track bank account balances, and ensure timely collections and payments.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and ledger accounts regularly to ensure accurate reporting.
- Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly], including tracking hours, tax withholdings, and benefits.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
- Tax Compliance: Assist with tax preparation, filing, and compliance for local, state, and federal taxes (e.g., sales tax, payroll tax).
- Documentation: Maintain an orderly and secure accounting filing system.
