Requirements:
- 4+ years in blockchain analytics, data intelligence, or distributed systems observability
- Strong SQL proficiency and practical experience with Python, dbt, or equivalent analytics tooling
- Demonstrated ability to build metrics that drive architecture and operations decisions
- Hands-on understanding of consensus behavior, validator dynamics, and cross-chain event interpretation
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical insight to mixed technical and executive audiences
- Experience working asynchronously in remote, cross-functional teams with clear documentation practices
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain analytics models that track performance, reliability, and network risk indicators
- Investigate anomalous activity and produce concise root-cause narratives with recommended actions
- Build and evolve dashboards used by engineering, compliance, and operations teams
- Define KPI baselines and thresholds that align with enterprise delivery commitments
- Support incident retrospectives with evidence-backed performance analysis and trend comparisons
- Contribute to measurement strategy for new interoperability and consensus rollout initiatives
