We are hiring a Bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in Tagalog and English for a full-time remote position. This is a direct and permanent role working remotely with a team based in Pacific Time (PT).

The role involves managing emails, scheduling appointments, coordinating daily administrative tasks, performing data entry, preparing documents, maintaining accurate records, and providing customer support through email and chat.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both Tagalog and English, has strong communication and organizational skills, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently in a remote environment.

Applicants must have a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work.

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Support Representative is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with fixed salary compensation to be discussed during the hiring process based on experience and qualifications.
