B2B Lead Researcher & Backend Automation Assistant hourly

I run an online executive coaching consultancy (J² Elevate Consulting) that helps VPs and Directors set their teams up for success by helping their new and emerging managers master the "people side" of leading teams.

I am looking for a meticulous, highly organized Backend Data Miner and Researcher who can also assist with funnel automation and light graphic design.

What you will do (Mostly Research & Backend):

• Conduct Boolean searches and use a variety of web tools to find accurate B2B contact information for VPs and Directors
• Use intent data and research to build highly curated lists of companies experiencing specific "trigger events" (e.g., scaling up, newly hired HR directors, Series B funding).
• Research and scrape global B2B conferences and summits for potential speaking opportunities.
• Manage backend data entry in our CRM and build out/maintain automation flows using Zapier and MailerLite.
• Research potential B2B podcast hosts for guest speaking opportunities.
• Ad-Hoc: Assist with Canva graphic design and social media asset management.

• You will NEVER make a cold call.
• You will NEVER send cold outreach emails or LinkedIn DMs to clients on my behalf.
