Looking for a hungry, fluent English-speaking SDR to build lead lists AND book video audit requests for a premium Web Development Agency. We target high-budget construction, mechanical, and industrial firms in Norway.
WHAT YOU DO:
You manage the front-end pipeline. You will scrape and qualify Norwegian B2B companies in our specific niches, find the decision-maker's contact details, and cold call them. You execute a simple 30-second script to get the CEO's direct email for a video audit. You prospect, you dial, we close the deals via async video pitches.
THE PAY STRUCTURE:
Upwork hourly base pay ($3 - $5/hr) to cover your prospecting and dialing time PLUS a massive commission bonus.
Our average deal size is €4,000 to €6,000. You find the lead, bring the email, we close the deal, and you get a 15% cut. That means €600 to €900 straight to your pocket for a successful handover.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven ability to source high-quality B2B leads independently.
Fluent, clear English (thick accents will not work in the Norwegian market).
Thick skin. You will be told "no" a lot.
Ability to follow a strict cold calling script.
