The Role:
We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive for a long-term, remote position. You will not be working on a commission-only basis; we provide a guaranteed monthly retainer for managing the sales process, supplemented by a highly competitive commission structure for closed enterprise contracts.
Core Responsibilities (Deliverables for Base Pay):
- Execute daily outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) targeting decision-makers.
- Maintain and update our CRM system with all lead interactions and pipeline status.
- Conduct initial qualification calls to filter prospects.
- Schedule minimum target Discovery Calls per week between qualified leads and our technical team.
- Provide weekly activity reports.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience in IT, custom software development, or AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of tech terminology and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet agreed-upon outreach KPIs.
Compensation Structure:
- Fixed Monthly Retainer: $1,500 - $2,500/month (negotiable based on experience and interview). Paid for meeting operational KPIs (outreach volume, CRM management, booked meetings).
- Commission / OTE: Generous success fees for signed development contracts. Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) can scale up to $15,000 - $20,000/month for top performers closing high-ticket deals.
