We are KNR Studio, a web development agency building high-performance React and Framer solutions for the Norwegian and Swedish B2B markets.

​We are looking for an independent B2B Outbound Sales Specialist to manage our asynchronous sales cycle. This role is compensated on a fixed milestone basis: you earn a flat €800 for every successfully closed and paid project you bring in.

​The Workflow:

Our sales process is designed for efficiency. We do not do live video pitches.

​You cold call provided lists of Scandinavian B2B decision-makers.

​You secure their agreement to receive a custom technical video audit of their current website.

​You collect their direct email address.

​Our technical team records and sends the video audit, demonstrating the code flaws and our solution.

​You handle all follow-up communication, negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close the deal.

​Compensation:

​Fixed €800 payout per successfully closed and paid deal.

​No limit on how many deals you can close.

​All payments are processed after the client clears the invoice.

​Requirements:

​Flawless English. The Scandinavian market demands clear, professional communication without heavy accents.

​Proven experience in B2B cold calling and full-cycle closing.

​Basic understanding of web development terminology to handle standard client questions.

​Ability to work independently and manage your own follow-up pipeline.
