Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Automation & Backend Operations Specialist with strong hands-on experience in:
- GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Ai app generators (Example: Lovable)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Automation tools (Zapier, Monday.com, Make.com, Google Apps Script)
This role is critical to maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our backend systems, automations, workflows, and internal data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
1. Automation Systems & Integration (Core Focus)
- Design, build, and maintain cross-platform automations
- Create workflows using Zapier, Make.com, and webhooks
- Automate data sync between GHL, AI based app, Sheets, and other tools
- Build Monday.com automations and operational workflows
- Develop Google Apps Script automations for Sheets and reporting
- Reduce manual processes through scalable automation systems
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation performance
2. GoHighLevel (GHL) Management
- Build, manage, and optimize workflows
- Create and manage email & SMS automation
- Design and update templates (emails, funnels, forms)
- Manage pipelines, triggers, tags, and automation logic
- Ensure proper CRM structure and data hygiene
3. Lovable App Backend Management
- Manage backend operations of our app built on Lovable
- Maintain user flows and internal logic structures
- Ensure smooth functionality and automation sync
- Identify system gaps and propose backend improvements
4. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Build complex spreadsheets with advanced formulas
- Create automated dashboards and performance tracking systems
- Develop reporting structures for creators & internal team
- Maintain data accuracy across multiple sheets
- Optimize formulas, logic flows, and reporting architecture
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Strong hands-on experience with Zapier, Make.com, or similar automation tools
- Experience building automations inside Monday.com
- Experience with Google Apps Script
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, automation logic)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and backend workflows
- Ability to independently troubleshoot automation & system issues
- Highly detail-oriented and system-driven mindset
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Experience working with creator agencies or influencer marketing
- Understanding of TikTok creator ecosystem
- Experience with API integrations and webhooks
- Basic coding knowledge (JavaScript for Apps Script is a plus)
- Experience scaling backend systems for fast-growing teams
