Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation and AI Developer to join our team at Oaktech Systems and lead the development of cutting-edge tools and workflows to automate and optimize our fundraising solution infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation and AI Development, with a strong background in Python, CRM platforms like GoHighLevel, and AI-driven tools. Proficiency in English communication is required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

As a Microsoft-centric organization, expertise with Microsoft email and content management tools is critical. Familiarity with GMASS for email validation, GitHub for version control, and frameworks such as Dash and TensorFlow will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Automation Workflows: Streamline fundraising processes, including lead generation, email campaigns, and reporting, leveraging tools such as GoHighLevel CRM, GMASS, and Python.
• CRM and Platform Integration: Build and maintain integrations between GoHighLevel, Microsoft tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), and third-party platforms like Mailchimp.
• Custom Automation Solutions: Create Python-based scripts and frameworks for complex automation needs, utilizing libraries like Dash for visualization and TensorFlow for AI-driven solutions.
• Email Management and Validation: Implement and optimize workflows for email outreach campaigns, ensuring high deliverability using GMASS and other validation tools.
• Version Control and Collaboration: Utilize GitHub for managing version control and collaborating on projects with other developers.
• AI and Machine Learning Applications: Develop and integrate AI-driven tools for personalized messaging, lead scoring, and decision-making.
• System Monitoring and Optimization: Proactively monitor and troubleshoot workflows, ensuring scalability, performance, and efficiency.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, fundraising, and IT teams to address specific business requirements and implement solutions aligned with company goals.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance automation, integration, and AI capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 5+ years in automation engineering, system integrations, or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
• Programming: Advanced expertise in Python, including frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• CRM Platforms: Deep experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs.
• Microsoft Ecosystem: Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and related tools.
• Email Tools: Hands-on experience with GMASS for email validation and campaign management.
• AI/ML Frameworks: Knowledge of TensorFlow for building and deploying AI-driven solutions.
• Data Visualization: Experience with Dash for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
• Integration Platforms: Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Workato for workflow orchestration.
• Version Control: Proficiency with GitHub for managing code repositories and collaborative development.
• APIs: Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and OAuth protocols for seamless platform integrations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with fundraising or marketing automation processes.
• Familiarity with data analytics and ETL pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud services like Azure or AWS.
• Front-end development skills for creating user-friendly interfaces.
